UnderOath raped all the other bands. They were so energetic and ready to give us a good show. They played the songs you would have expected them to in a 25 minute set. I really enjoyed it.

The next best band was The Devil Wears Prada. They played the cover Still Fly which made their entire set. It is the best cover and they are the perfect band to sing it. It was super fun to “hardcore dance” around people that actually knew how to. No one got offended or mad because they thought I was actually trying. Haha.

3OH!3 was actually decent. Their other songs are so different than the song they became big with. They are gangsta beat mixed with pop. It is pretty chill and they brought a lot of energy. The crowd was probably one of the biggest of the day.

Scary Kids were decent. The only song that I actually had a good time chillin to was My Darkest Hour. They played a lot of their new stuff which is not so screamo and, in turn, they aren’t quite as good at screaming for their older stuff.

Aiden sucked the stage up. I lost most of the respect I still had (granted there wasnt much left) in their 20 minute set. WiL was very offensive and definately forgot the songs and style that got them to where they are today. The new songs are pop and they definately have sold out to sound like all the other wannabe hardcore pop punk groups. Terrible.

Warped in another state is a really good experience…. but I wish the line up would have rocked. If Chiodos would have actually came like they had originally planned… it would have bumped the dope factor. All in all, I am super glad I went and had that experience. I learned that San Francisco is a super expensive city and to be happy for where you live.
